In a case where a client is not completely satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund, which takes a maximum of 30 working days where we process in the clients account either by credits or direct deposit through the bank account.
All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser in the same bank account as provided. The dues for Domain Name Registration / Domain Transfer or any other HOSTING related services are NOT refundable as the domain provider is always a third party global server.All new purchased domain names are final sale at the time of purchase and cannot be refunded as they are within third party hold where you are the sole owner of any domain name. The domain names are transferable and therefore, not subject to refunds by those organizations.

Refunds for all website and unsatisfied work issues will be made by the proper approval of the client. The customer needs to specify the details of account and reason to the associates after which we will proceed as per requirements.
